Shirle Hale Koslowski of Four Corners Cuisinse shops Durham Food Co-op for her monthly Vegan Brunch.  This Sunday it will take place at Bull City Headquarters in Durham, or BCHQ.   http://www.myspace.com/bchq

This month Shirle uses Tofu, Local Organic Sweet Potatoes, and Local Yukon Gold Potatoes into a $5 a plate Brunch at one of Durham's new cultural destinations downtown. Sunday 7/15 12noon-2pm.  Get there early!
