The Board has had a productive board meeting wherein they established Committee Policies consistent with standard Co-op policies. The Finance Committee has been re-established and members have been appointed. The Board is looking for a *Certified Public Accountant* (CPA) who would like to serve on or assist the Finance Committee. This Committee will be helpful aiding the Co-op in preparing for an independent audit and reviewing financial reports and practices. Committee members get a 10% discount on all purchases.
