*Special Membership Meeting June 4, 2006 at 5pm - Durham Food Co-op*

At the annual meeting on April 30, the membership appointed the "Critical Planning Committee":groups.yahoo.com/group/PIFC_CPC (CPC) to look into the operations of the Co-op to determine determine the feasibility of a financial overhaul and the necessary areas of focus.

The CPC will present its findings and recommendations to the membership on June 4, 2006 at 5pm, when we will have another membership meeting to discuss the future of the Co-op. We'll start the meeting with a potluck, if you can please bring a dish to share, and your own plate, cup and utensils to eat all the tasty food!
