We are ready to start revamping the back of the Co-op and move towards having a *Commercial Kitchen*. First we must get a simple plan approved by the Health Department which requires a technical drawing. Since my days with a T-square were many moons ago, we are looking for someone with technical drawing skills to help us in this endeavor.
