Annual Meeting Kickoff Event - UPDATE!
Durham Get Together, our last Face Up: Telling Stories of community life project event. The event takes place at the Center for Documentary Studies and we will enjoy food, great music, coloring, quilting, sketchbooks, a shoe labyrinth and a talk by artist Brett Cook.

Monthly BoD Meeting
Posted January 1st, 2008 by regina.dysonMembers mark your calendars! Your elected Board meets monthly, 3rd Sunday, 4p-6:30p. These are general business meetings when we discuss/review the status of various matters impacting/influencing operations, finances, personnel, services, members and community. Members are welcome and encouraged to participate according to the agenda. If you would like to present at any meeting, contact regina.dyson@gmail.com at least one week prior to the scheduled date.
January 20th will include update on our Action Plan including facility development (kitchen upgrades), preparations for Board recruitment, coordinating of Board Retreat, status of Finance/Taxes, reveiw of proposed 2008 operational budget, and discussion re Tides Center project potential (www.tidescenter.org). This is not a comprehensive outline, but an overview of timely matters on the horizon.
