Annual Membership Meeting on Sun, 4/29

* Revised Bylaw Proposal
* New Board Members
* Ideas and Hopes for the Co-op's Future

Prior to the meeting proper will be an *Old North Durham/Downtown Co-op Focus Group Discussion from 1-2pm* (also at J.J Henderson Towers).

Following the business part of the meeting, _Entertainment & Potluck_ starts promptly *at 5:15pm at the Co-op* with singer-songwriter Joe Woodson.

Andy Sachs of the Dispute Settlement Center based in Carrboro, will facilitate a 3 hour training and policy development session with the Durham Food Coop membership.
